Lom Nuku Ahlijah, Managing Attorney

Lom Ahlijah is called to the bar in the Republic of Ghana and in New York State, United States of America. Lom also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the prestigious Harvard Law School, Harvard University in the state of Massachusetts, United States of America. 

Lom has extensive experience in corporate and commercial legal work. Lom also holds a certificate in the “Language of Business” from Harvard Business School.

Lom has served as an external consultant to London Research International and as an International Visiting Counsel in the UK Law Firm of Berwin, Leighton & Paisner LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP) on the International Lawyers for Africa Programme. 

Lom has significant corporate and transactional experience advising, drafting and negotiating various transaction documents such as property acquisition, property financing and securitization documentation. He has performed due diligence on various companies involved in M&A and joint venture transactions deals therefrom.

Lom has considerable experience in conducting cross-border project evaluation with respect to West African Power Pool Interconnection Projects. He has advised on several national policies and served on key committees of the Republic of Ghana including the Ghana Nuclear Power Programme Organisation Lawyers' Group and the Ghana Energy Sector Cash Waterfall Committee. 

Lom also teaches Commercial Law and Legal Writing at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Janice brings a wealth of experience and a robust educational background to the firm. A member of the Ghana Bar Association, Janice holds a law degree from the Ghana School of Law, with additional academic credentials from the University of Ghana and L’universite De Nantes in France. Deborah Okwan-Duodu is a distinguished Of Counsel at Integri Solicitors & Advocates, proudly affiliated with the Ghana Bar Association. She holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, Legon. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Kafui Baeta is an accomplished of counsel with a strong legal background. She is a member of the Bar in Ghana and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. With a Master of Laws degree in Oil and Gas Law from the Robert Gordon University, Kafui has extensive experience advising clients in various sectors on corporate matters such as restructurings, agreements, transactions, and joint ventures. She is also a skilled representative in contractual dispute cases before Ghana's commercial courts. Kafui's in-house experience at a major UK staffing firm equipped her with expertise in international transactional documents and employment matters. Sam is a versatile professional with expertise in Electrical Engineering, Management Consulting, Law, and Human Resources. As the former Director of Human Resources & Services at Ghana Grid Company Limited and a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Sam brings extensive experience to our law firm. He has a proven track record, including successful roles as Head of Human Resources at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd and Group Head of Human Resources at Africa Online Holdings Limited. Rakia Biney is a Legal Associate at Integri Solicitors & Advocates, with a profound academic background and a passion for various areas of law. She is presently pursuing an LL.M from the University of Ghana Law School. Rakia holds a law degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, and a BSc in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. Sidney Gill Dussey-Bebli is a proficient Legal Associate at Integri Solicitors & Advocates and a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
